About Margarita

Margarita is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance, specializing in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Mandala & Elements, Yin Yoga, and Mindfulness Meditation. She is also a passionate Pilates practitioner and Sound Healing Facilitator, dedicated to helping others cultivate strength, vitality, and inner peace through mindful movement and therapeutic sound.

Her yoga journey began in 2014, a year after the birth of her first son, when she experienced firsthand how yoga could restore energy, balance, and emotional well-being in the midst of new motherhood. In 2018, Margarita transformed her passion into her profession, completing her Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training with Yoga London School.

As a mother of two wonderful boys, Margarita understands deeply the challenges of balancing demanding work, family responsibilities, and the essential need for self-care and self-love. Her mission is to guide people in finding that balance — showing how mindful practices can help navigate the pressures of daily life while nurturing the body, calming the mind, and lifting the spirit.

✨ This inspiration led her to create a unique holistic healing program that weaves together:

Yoga &Guided Meditation (Vinyasa, Hatha, Mandala, Yin) — to cultivate flexibility, balance, strength, and mindfulness

Pilates — to build core stability, improve posture, and support long-term physical health

Sound healing — to deeply relax the nervous system, release tension, and harmonize mind, body, and energy

What sets Margarita’s program apart is its integrative approach — uniting movement, breath, and healing sound to help people reconnect with themselves, restore vitality, and find lasting inner peace.

Margarita believes that even the smallest acts of self-care can create meaningful change. She empowers her students to take those small steps — to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and build positive habits that support a life of joy, balance, and well-being.

The Answer Is "You Don't Have To Be"

Have you ever felt "I'm not flexible enough to do yoga"?

We all have different bodies, different anatomical systems, genetics, and styles of life, and SOME people are NATURALLY more flexible than others. And it shouldn't stop you!

You don’t have to be flexible before starting yoga or Pilates because both practices are designed to meet you exactly where you are—no matter your current level of flexibility, strength, or experience.

Flexibility is a result of regular practice, not a requirement to begin. Yoga and Pilates use gentle, mindful movements and stretches that gradually open up tight muscles and joints over time. Starting with small, manageable poses or exercises helps your body build strength, improve range of motion, and prevent injury.

Both disciplines emphasize listening to your body, honoring its limits, and progressing at your own pace. In fact, approaching yoga or Pilates with an open, patient mindset often leads to greater flexibility and mobility than trying to force yourself into advanced poses right away.

Yoga and Pilates are journeys of growth and self-discovery—flexibility comes as a natural bonus along the way, not a hurdle you need to clear before you begin.

A Little More About Classes

Yoga, Sound Healing, Pilates

Hatha yoga classes are focused on increasing flexibility and strength with a focus on alignment and breathing.

Yin yoga classes are meditative and slow-paced, they are focused on deeper stretching into the body, each pose is held for a longer period of time from 3-5 mins.

Each yoga class incorporates a seated meditation, yoga practice - yang or yin, and Shavasana (relaxation pose).

I also offer Guided Mantra Meditation Sessions lead you through calming techniques to quiet the mind, release stress, and deepen self-awareness. Using gentle prompts and breath work, these sessions help cultivate mindfulness, emotional balance, and inner peace—suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike..

Pilates sessions are focused on individual needs, including the improving the core strength, flexibility, mobility of the joints and upper body posture and endurance.

***The questionnaire is mandatory for all my private clients - it is in the best interests of the students to provide me with recent health history so I could create/tailor the session for their specific needs.
